Modern 3-bed semi in Winch Wen, Swansea – perfect for families, contractors, or friends. Sleeps 5 across 3 bedrooms, with a spacious lounge/diner and a brand-new fitted kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower.
We have the option to convert the two single beds into a king bed, please do let us know if this is required at least 48 hours before your stay.

If you are a last minute booking, we may be able to accommodate this but we cannot guarantee this facility at short notice.

The owner lives on site in an annexe at the back of the house, whilst available, will be mainly invisible. Access to the annexe is down the driveway so you may see Dave during your stay but the annexe is completely private to the main house.
